TOKYO, Japan - Empress Michiko, honorary president of the Japanese Red Cross Society, awards a Florence Nightingale badge to Tokiko Saita, former board member of the Japan Nursing Association, for her contribution to nursing activities at a Tokyo hotel on Aug. 12.
